Has there ever been a unibody crew cab truck ?

To be honest no... But i have seen a photo of one online a while ago. Of course "custom made".

Ford stopped the unibodies in '63 and only started making the crew cabs in house in '65. Not to say for certain what those old conversion companies brewed up for the railroads, or to say what talented fabricators have built in their garages. I'd be interested to see pictures of one.

Actually Ford only started making Crews in-house in 1980.
