Parts pulling party
We have talked about a G2G once Chief gets home. I suggested a parts pulling party at Johnson's Auto Salvage in Griffin. We could all help each other look for and pull parts. There is a Ryan's in Griffin that we could meet for breakfast or lunch/dinner. I will be glad to take the lead on getting it started.
There are plenty of Fords at Johnson's. Admission for the pull a part is $2.00/person. They are open till 2 on Saturday.
If interested we need to start putting a list together of everyone interested and the parts they are looking for. As the list grows I will take it up the Johnson's and check on price and availability. Once we get a good number we can decide on a date and I will coordinate with Johnson's and Ryan's.

I know you want that 9 in. Since this is based on when you get home , you pick the date. If we get a list together with parts wanted and number of people I coordinate everything with the junkyard

I do not have an exact date but sometime after mid August might be doable for me. More important what everyone else picks, I will catch up after I get back to the real world!!!

Have not had a lot of response so far. They are not going to be crushing for a while. Scrap iron is down to $00.05/#

I would like to go. Looking at the pictures you posted shouldn't be a lack of mid 70s stuff. Hopefully by mid August or so my work load will let up some. Add me to the list

About 5 right now. I just sent Chief a PM to see if he would be back and settled in around Aug 22 or 29. The next weekend is Labor day
