Hey everyone!!
A new month is finally here!! I go home next month so I am getting excited now! Won't be till the end of the month but it's next month!!
Windy as all get out the last 2 days so there is a lot of dust in the air. Has anyone been fixing up on their trucks? I can't wait to get home and do some work on the 79.
Hope everyone is doing good as I see you all are getting some pretty good rain and storms. I am glad we moved to North Georgia but I swear it rains a lot more than it did in south Georgia.
I have been wanting to do one too but I have been deployed for like 4 of the past 5 years. I will be back at the house sometime in mid August. I was looking at trying to see if anyone was interested and we can meet up at this: Caffeine & Octane | Automotive Lifestyle & Events
I got the 3g alt. , tailgate and a camper shell on. Working on the A/C. Got a restriction in the system somewhere the low side is not going down and high side hits 300. Sam's is got the best price on R134. 30# 87 case of 12 12oz cans 48.
First Sunday in June, Caffeine and Octane was this morning. Beautiful day, and a large crowd. All kinds of car, trucks, and motorcycles. Just a few Fords on the property, but here's what I saw in the gallery as well as the parking lot.
I'm no photographer, but may brighten someones day.
Chief, hope we can get together in September. Be safe. Bob
The other thing that catches my eye is all the trees and the nice green grass. It has been windy here the past few days with tons of dust in the air. I miss the clean air and all the green!!! That is one cool get together, I am sure going to check it out when I get back.
I got there around 9, and people were clearing out around 10:15. Great crowd, and according to the promoters, over 1500 cars between the corral, and car clubs in the surrounding parking lots. Dunwoody Police keep an eye on the crowd listening for the rare rowdy bunch looking to cause trouble, and react quickly. Great place to bring the whole family, my wife really enjoyed her time there.
