I just got my SP03 bundle from Riffraff, and tried to start the install on the software. I tossed it in the drive and ......... Nothing. Well besides asking if I want to burn a new disc. Tried it in 3 other computers, same thing, do you want to burn this new disc "Do this for all blank CD's" is an option. The back of the disc does not look like it was ever burned with any information.

Disappointment! Seems pretty small time to send out a blank, but labeled disc, no?

Left a voice mail at AE, and a web feedback at Rr. Guess we will see who wants to take up the slack so I can use this ASAP.

Anyone know if the disc information can be downloaded so I don't have to wait for a new CD?

Fill out the form and they will get you what you need.

 

Let them know. They probably pay good money to have those discs made up for them, and if someone doesn't tell them, they'll never know there is a problem.

Just got a call from AE. They are sending out a disc and gave me a link to download. Awesome customer service. I am sure Clay would have helped if needed.
