Cell phone mount options???

In my last truck (2004 F350), I went with the Proclip brand for my cell phone. I was happy with the mount/holder system. I'd put my phone in the holder for longer trips. Short hops, I'd often just drop the phone in the cup holder.

My 2015 is a XLT so the cup holders don't work as well for just dropping the phone into them vs my 2004 Lariat.

Proclip has a mount for my 2015. Just wondering what others use as a cell phone holder before I pull the trigger.

Thanks

I use one of these. Works great! I hate suction-cup mounts of any type.

I use Rokform. Their primary mount is magnetic. Just stick a slightly-less-than quarter-sized magnet about a quarter of an inch thick where you want your phone to set, put your phone in the supplied case, and you're set. The cases are quite nice, too.

I just sit it down, wherever. Sometimes on my middle front seat. Sometimes in my shirt pocket. On occasion I'll even drop it into a door pocket.

I buy the Arkon mounts that attach to the seat. They work great!

Funny.

I find when using it as a GPS having it mounted works better.

My iOttie mount has really impressed me. I stuck the suction cup holder to the top of my dash the day I got it back in November and it hasn't moved yet, suction cups have come a long way.....

I also use the iOttie, it works great. It's strong enough to hold onto the dash or window in any position.
