I Need a C6 dipstick

I accidentally broke mine. I bent it in one of the accordion shaped folds and when I tried to straighten it it snapped off. I might be able to get it welded but I figured I'd ask here if anyone had a spare. Part # on it is:

Thanks. Only one of them places had one and he wants $75 cuz "This is tough to find NOS anymore".

I'd use a wooden dowl before I'd spend $75 on a dipstick.

Here's a question. How do I cross reference what other years of car/truck I might find this thing on?
