Timing chain
2000 F150 4.6 2v..........I just finished replacing the timing chain, tensioners, guides, spark plugs & all coils.........it ran for a minute or so then I heard a noise like if something broke then right after the truck stop......I'm thinking that maybe the chain set from e-Bay just became history peace of **** quality any ideas on what might have happened?

Ouch. Next best step is to take the chain cover off and see.
Were you able to rotate the crank by hand (with a wrench on the crankshaft bolt) through at least 720 degrees (turn the engine over twice) after you installed your new gears and chains? This assures you that the chains and gears are in their correct position.
If not, you may have bent, banged or broken some internals.
