These trucks are not overly, electrically complicated but all it takes is a set of aftermarket lights, a newer alternator and a spiffy new cassette player for an electrical dunce to make a nest of things!

Not a big fan of these aftermarket auto starts and remote door locks, they do it fast and cheap, and that's when problem starts, when you get a new to you truck always look under the dash and around the firewall and fender aprons. Hate to see your ride burning on the side of the road. As a fireman we go at least 3 times a week for a working car fire. Mostly older models, there always a total and if you spent some hard earned cash on your ride it's work peeking around.
