Help identify wiring harness/plug

'11 F-250 6.2L. Just bought it. Found this guy dangling down by the front driver side shock.

Any idea what it is?

Also, what is this? Located on front lower bumper. Jump start port?

The first connector, I have no idea what that is, but you may be able to figure it out by tracing it back to its source. The second connector in the lower front bumper is a quick connector that is typically used for a removable winch or something similar.

The wire ends up going into the main wiring harness up into the engine area (front driver side). It has 105 and 360 printed on the end of the orange plug.

I'll get under it more tonight when I get home.

Hey Poker,
That looks like the plug for the block heater. If you crawl under and look up you will see where it plugs in.

Thanks! That was it. Found a spot on the block to plug it in. Doesn't seem to lock in there tight. Hopefully doesn't come out again, will keep an eye on it.
