EOT on elm327

EOT on elm327

I just purchased an elm327 and it reads several sensors but it does not read EOT any suggestions? It was the purpose for purchase as I wanted to see difference of ECT and EOT.

Using Torque Pro?
Did you load the Ford PIDS?

I have iPhone and it searched for supported pids and it shows a lot of stuff just not EOT. I am using dashcommand as the torque app is not available for iPhone

Doesn't that app take a special ELM327 reader?

Maybe someone with that app will add to the thread. Did you read the scan tools thread in the tech section at the sticks above?

I tried 3 different apps with no luck. I did not see and thread in tech folder on scan tools.

Try the "Engine Link" app. Looks like the most recent version is 4.6.

They have a file for Ford 6.0 pids.

I have an iPhone (not by choice) and an ELM 327.

I can see EOT and ECT.

Did you have to do anything special to get it to read EOT? It will not read it for me. That is the first app I tried.
