Joe, if you're going to reuse the condenser it would be advisable to put an inline filter in the system. You can get one that crimps into the barrier hose, some parts houses have the portable crimper so that you don't have to remove the lines. I have one, but that's not helping you much.
River update: Ouachita River is on the rise again. Garden has submerged for the third time. Two of Micki's flower beds have been under for weeks, looks like the third will follow shortly. Although high water makes it easier to get to the steps, sometimes straight out of the boat, I'm ready for this to go away.

After thinking it over, I decided to play it safe and go ahead and order a new one.. $71 shipped
Still rising, hopefully it will crest early in the week and start falling. Sorta nice to step out of the boat onto the steps, but I would like to have a little dry ground.
The last of Micki's flower beds, I think they are a total loss this year. :-(
Maybe build the beds up another couple of feet for next year? I'm guessing the water rarely gets up as high as it is now?
Usually we have high water similar to this every 5 years or so. Been thinking about the beds, gonna rebuild them 4 landscape timbers high with a partition in between the second and third timber. I'll fill the top half with soil and put Styrofoam flotation on the bottom. A hole in the center with a galvanized fence post to keep them from floating away.
