Updated issue

Ok so I was having problem after doin a egr delete and oil cooler swap, truck ran great prior to swap just oil was getting above the 15 degree window and when I got the swap done the truck ran like hell.... After further diagnosis when I unplugged some injectors and the when I unplugged number 4 the truck ran awesome aside from having the miss, when I plug 4 in I get a miss on 1-4-6-7 cylinders I had some guys say bad injector but they said to cross the injector to see if it acts up so I plugged cly 2 in to for and did fine then plugged 4 in to 6 and to no suprise it start running like crap again so that tells me the injectors are fine and I'm getting a jump in the wiring somewhere or a short or a communication issue from the ficm and help?

Make sure that you have not somehow (hard to do) got some plugs
in the wrong place. I would also make sure that the harness is not
being crushed by something. But this really sounds like an odd one.

What's the FICM voltages? Are the 3 FICM plugs seated completely? Any damage or dirt in any of the pins in the FICM plugs?

The harness is good already stripped it and checked for a chafed wire, they are all in the proper spot and the plugs are seated good no bent prongs was once thought to be a injector issue but eliminated then when it still done it being plugged in the number 6 cylinder, I am going to to us a multimeter in the am and see what kinda volts I'm getting out of the plug in the am and my ficm in putting out 48 volts on a cold start up it drops to 47.5
