Going to be picking up a 2014 bed soon. I have one rusted cab corner and both door bottoms are rusted I really can't buy new doors but I can replace the cab corner. What should I do about the door rust? My plan is to use monstaliner on the entire truck in a dark grey color. Any ideas to keep it from rusting any farther?

Depends how bed there rusted, I preped mine and paint with por 15 rust. I would do the to your bed and your whole undercarriage, it works very well and its well worth the money.
Yeah I was just looking under my cab it's peeling pretty bad. Should I just scrap and sand the rust down and go over with por 15?
Id scrap it and use a wire wheel it get the lose stuff off, por 15 works best on rust. I'd suggest buy the two prep liquids, follow the prep sets exactly and then por 15 rust paint and it will turn out great! I had por 15 on my 7.3 two winters and the doors never showed any more rust.
I have two small holes on the inner door as week I really don't want to buy a new door skin just because of the small holes you have to get on the ground to see. I'll upload pics later.
Here are some pics. The driver side rocker and cab corner seem fine but the passenger is different. Both doors have holes. Any way to avoid buying new doors? What is you guys suggestions.

Personal, Id say the doors are done. But someone else may have a different answer. Once it rusts that bad id just replace it. You could try por 15 on it, but if it were me I wouldnt waste any of your money on those doors.
Lots of people buy replacement body parts here, seems like good prices.
That ain't bad! I have worse! In a way. The frame is rusted bad but, with the exception of the passenger door and passenger bed side ... the rest of the truck isn't too bad.
Ok I'll look into some doors. I just found a selfe serve yard with 5 superdutys that look decent I'll go check them out.
I would suggest, if you find new doors, paint the bottom with por 15 rust and the inside with fluid film. Fluid film is also a great rust prevent product, (reapply yearly) is the only bad part.
When you replace the cab Corner, you are going to want to replace the rear door piller curve that the cab corner spot welds to and also the center outer rocker and depending on the inner rocker you may have to sand blast that and repair it or replace it as the cab corner spot welds to that as well. I bought all the panels for mine for both sides and it runs around 1000 bucks. Look on Craigs list or Ebay for the doors and if you buy the manual crank and manual lock doors you may pick them up for 275 to 325.00 each then you can change the guts in them.
