idle rises slightly while pumping brake, (HELP)

I have had an idle issue with my 05 F-150 witch I see is not a rare problem with the 4.6 , the only thing I have recently noticed is the RPM rises slightly and the idle smooth's out while pumping the brake peddle, ANY SUGGESTIONS,,

Make sure your throttle body is clean.
