I have a 2014 F350 6.7 diesel. I have been left stranded four times 11/14, 12/14, 1/15, and now 5/15. All four times my truck had to be towed to the dealer. The problem - I started my truck and let it warm up. Started to drive down street at 20 miles an hour. After a few hundred feet, the console throws warning lights ENGINE OVER HEATING, LOW OIL PRESSURE, AND A PIC OF A WRENCH. I pull over and shut off the engine. Go to restart, same error codes and no starter, no noise from engine. Two times the dealer said it started fine when they got it, another time they kept it for two weeks, put a hundred miles on it and gave me some stuff about ford saying it ha to do with the regen system. Another time the dealer hooked it up to a computer and showed me a bunch of communication errors. He thought that there might be a problem with a coomunication fault in the computer system. Which is what I am concerned might be the problem. This time I called directly to Ford rather than the dealer. If anyone has any ideas or know how this system works, please let me knpw. Also any experience dealing with Ford concerning a repeating problem. Thank.

Welcome to the forum, Boblouder; I'm Crystal, the Ford Service rep here. It sounds like you have a frustrating situation on your hands. I'd like to see what I can do to help. What's the current mileage on your truck? I'll get to work on some options.
Thanks Crystal,
I just heard from the Ford regional service manager and she says that the dealer is getting communication errors this time. So I am hoping that that will lead to a fix. Up to this point, it appeared that the dealer was not getting any feed back from the vehicle.
I only have 14k on the truck and I will wait to see if they can figure it out. The true test comes in July when I drive to the keys with my fifth wheel! Hopefully it will not be a problem. I appreciate your reply and hope this time will be the last time it happens. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick update, Boblouder! It sounds like things are progressing well, but if you need me to step in and assist, just say the word.
