The mechanic had it all the way in. Had to use some liquid wrench on it. Lots of rust. I set them on the tight side. A little too tight cuz pedal doesn't have much throw but I guess it will free up in time. Wheels turn freely thought. Thanks to all here

Those are great-quality EBCs, they show fantastic wear and performance in the time/miles that I've had them... BUT: The slots and dimples (not drilled all the way through, that would weaken the rotor) fill with rust and brake debris. I have to "chisel out" the crud that builds up every time I grease the slide pins. My next rotors will be OEM.

I'm a lazy kind of guy therefore I think lazy...Have you considered just leaving the crud in there?

Yes... which defeats the whole purpose of having slotted rotors.
