power folding mirror delay question

I just installed a set of power folding mirrors on my 2008 F350. I noticed that the driver side mirror has a longer travel time than the passenger side. Any suggestions on how to fix, or why this is like that? Is it normal? watch the video to see what I mean.

Check the grounding on the door.

It works, it just the driver side is still folding or unfolding when the passenger side has already stopped.
