'84 460 won't start..

'84 460 won't start..
Hey there!
So my friend an I are having some issues with our '84 460
She will turn over, but won't ever crank up. It used to, but we decided the distributor was bad, because it would start running really rough and die out after running for about 10 minutes. e Changed out distributors with an HEI distro,and it speed starting completely, we have adjusted timing from everywhere between 0* and 20* BTDC and nothing. We also changed out the intake with a weiling intake. We also changed our plugs, wires, put the old distro back in, changed the starter controller and the carb, and we are completely lost... we get spark, we get fuel, and air. We have no clue what it could be.
