Buy the IPR kit with the factory Ford Oil cooler, for the price and value it is the BEST kit out there. I installed one on my son's truck, it's beautiful! I've half a mind to trash the Sinster kit I installed 5 years ago in favor of the IPR, it's foolproof and will never leak.

Does anybody have a stock EGR cooler they no longer want/need and would be willing to part with? I think I will keep the stock EGR cooler but weld the openings closed and install a plug in the inlet tube to prevent fluid from lingering in the tube. My only reason for going this route is to keep the support location for the exhaust up-tube and the Y tubes bellows. If you live in the DFW area I will be able to come pickup the EGR cooler.

I am still going to replace the oil cooler. Along with this modification I will be completing the Blue Spring upgrade, 200 degree t-stat, new belts and hoses, and a few things under the truck which have been wearing out. I will be a full weekend of work. I will try to remember to take pictures and post them once all the work is completed.

Thank you,
Jeff
DON'T USE the sinister oil cooler, it's not FORD OEM ANYMORE, it's a knock-off................ you can only guess where it's made. AND many people who have installed that cooler ended up with HIGHER DELTAS THAN BEFORE THE SWAP!!!!
