Far better to have him take care of any issues now than after you buy it. Or, like "South Beach Classics" did to me, I went back and forth with them for 6 weeks, finally settled on a potential price, I drove down there just find the truck wouldn't even run. Their excuse was that I had arrived a day early.
That was a waste of several hundred dollars. But, it saved me several thousand. Had I bought it and shipped it, the issue would have been mine.
I can't urge you enough, go look at any vehicle you intend to buy. Don't have it shipped blindly to you. The price is just too high.
I agree pbsdaddy. I looked at South Beach's web site. They had a rust bucket 51 I think it was. Ragged out for only $16K. IMO most of their stuff is pretty well beat.
I don't fault this for wanting to insure the truck was as advertised but I would have thought you would do that before advertising? lol
