My Sync won't except factory key pad code
Hello.....99% of the time Sync won't except Key pad code. Have the card and checked number under dash. Also seems like out the outside key pad not working on first 2 buttons. Used Certified 2013 Explorer bought after owning 95 and just getting rid of my 98. Drives nice lots of room and lots of blind spots. Tranny is clunky...you go to excelerate with what you think is enough gas and nothing........then jumps down a gear or two and takes off. Its the newest auto I've ever owned and has just about every option a Limited has but XLT... got the Premium warranty with all that computer stuff. Let's hope it holds up. Have to admit the AC is pretty awsome for that size and having black leather....but for that price it should be.

I have been told that the keypads have a common trend to have trouble on the new explorers. partly because they don't have real buttons, even the outside one is really a touch screen inlay. If you have the warranty I would take it in and have them check/change it.
