I have gauges on my truck, at idle I have about 70 psi reading on my fuel pressure , when accelerating it drops to around 60 and cruising at a constant speed is stays around 63-65 , is that normal? If not what can I check or replace to fix this issue. I'm only asking because I've noticed my gas mileage getting progressively worse, I'm at around 12 miles to the gallon now. I have stock exhaust disconnected after the muffler , 6637 intake , and gauges.

Is this a Mechanical Gauge or a Pressure Transducer?
Mechanical are more accurate depending upon the quality of the Transducer which (like a gauge) can vary a few pounds.
That's all in the normal range. What is the FP at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) climbing a grade?
So long as it doesn't drop below 45 psig your good.
Have you monitored the EBPV? You can check the EBP. 5.0 volts in, 0.8-1.0 volts @14.7 psi. Compare the voltage with the MAP as well to verify one / other is not out of range and in need of replacement.
Carbon buildup in the EBP Tube and/or a Malfunction EBP Sensor can adversely affect fuel economy.
