The next thing on my to do list is getting the air back functional. I have got the new compressor, receiver dryer, oil ring kit and put a new everaporator core in. What I need is either a part number or source for the suction manifold block that attaches to the top of the compressor. I had to take the line off to get the other end of the dryer. The very end is stripped (open) . I am going to get a new line. This one may seal I am not sure.

A friend ha the piece, he was going to check GPD but I called them the don't carry it. I get it back in the morning and post some pics of the damage area
I took the the part to the stealership. Fortunately the parts guy is a real parts man and knew exactly what it was. He could not get it but gave me part # and a list of dealers that had it.
The part number is E1AZ-19E583-A or Motorcraft YF943
I found the motorcraft # @ u haul on ebay, Rock auto has one and NOSPARTS had the best price a $100.00 + 8.15 in shipping
When a truck does it a junkyard down here, it becomes a carcass very fast. Please let me know if you have one. Funny thing the high side one is only about 30 and has the extra hole drilled for the relief valve. The real ouch would having one made. Local machine shop figured about 5 hours @ 60/hour
Thanks
