ARE Z Series leaking, need help!

So I bought a used ARE Z Series cap for my 2001 Super Duty a few months ago. I love the cap and it's very nice and in great shape. The problem I have is the windows have started to leak in the corners. I contacted my local ARE dealer and they want to charge me $125 a window to reseal them and then $80 a window to reinstall them plus another $80 because they have to remove the cap from my truck to reseal the front window. I think that's a bit much. So I asked about just buying the seals from them and I'll do it myself. The lady got extremely snotty with me and told me just to silicone them.
So I contacted ARE directly and asked them if I could buy the seals from them, they don't sell directly to the consumer but that I can buy them from my local dealer. Great!
so I want to fix these windows myself and it can't be that hard considering some of the crap I've had to do at work (work for a Chrysler Dealership). So does anyone know where else I can get these seals from? Or exactly how these windows come out since they are the seamless ones? Or has anyone done it before and have some pointers? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have contacted quite a few different ones and they are no help. I finally found one in RI of all places and am waiting to hear back from them. However I think I've found a way to repair it myself and it will be better. More details once I take a look this weekend.

Never noticed till now but for some reason it takes you to a different thread, not mine... anyways here's the link to my thread where I show what I did to fix the issue... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1379380-black-swamps-2001-sclb-f250-build-thread.html

It's only a couple pages, I think it's like 2 or 3 pages in...
