Have heard of ball joints not being greased when assembled.

I'm gonna have them check them when the tie rods are off..
We jacked it up today and put a bar under the tire and they are tight..

If you drive with the steering wheel flipped up have them check it straightened out. Maybe a U joint where the wheel tilts up.
