The Diablo chip tunes program across all RPM ranges. So does the Superchips Microtuner. Both are available through the online store on this site (click Parts Shop) on the upper-right. There's no such thing as a low-end only chip, though there are some junk chips like JET that do their tuning only near wide open throttle.
jmms, what did you findout bro? i would like to hear what you have done or found out.
