Jumping at 45 mph
Hello I am new to the site and want to say hello first of all. Now for the problem I am having. I have a 2001 F150 super crew 4x4 Lariat,the problem I am having is when the truck hits 45 mpg and shifts into higher gear I get a bad jumping or missing. I can put the overdrive in the off position and it gets a lot better but does not fix the problem completely. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of or experienced this. I have changed the fuel filter and this helped some. I have also checked spark plug coils and have even had codes run on it that just showed my ABS has a problem which was a broken sensor wire. Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated.
