what are the front springs now? Look at the door threshold tag. Bottom right there will be a spring code. If you have x code springs and add a leaf well you could clear 35's and some 36 " tires. Heck a 37 is not impossible depending on the tire width/rim combo. X code spring trucks sit pretty damn high with no helpers. Example would be a 35 x 12.50 x whatever...if you had a 10" wide rim....could fit ok under a x code sprung truck.
Also look at the mfg specs of specific tires. A 37, or 35 might be a little under that and depending on the rim width ....
As far as the back there are several options. A longer block. Adding a leaf. A whole new spring pack from bone yard rated higher than your ( but we don't know what you rear leaf code you are starting with so again look in the door area.
I will take a look at which code spring i have tomorrow. I know I have 4400lbs front end but Ill look.
As far as rims and tires, Id like to go no less than 34''. The rims I want, the moto metal 962 only come in a 20x9 or a 20x12. And the the 20x12 -44 off set i think it is, rain, snow and everything will get on the side of my truck which I do not want. I figure Id do an added leaf because it may help a little bit if I ever tow anything heavy. No real need for new springs cause my truck only has 64k on it. But Ill let you know tomorrow, Thanks for the help!
I literally sold my jeep cherokee today, we prefered the low COG approach.
I remove sheet metal to clear bigger tires. The reality is the it will handle better lower to the ground. The only true "lift" can be had by installing bigger tires or Portal axles. So if you can clear bigger tires without lifting what's the point?
Way to much time and money to remove sheet metal, Plus to me just doesnt look as nice after you cut it and change to size of the well

To each their own, however I disagree with the time and money statement. I can open up fenders faster than I can install a lift kit, and if only costs a few dollars in consumables for the grinder. Odviously you need the knowledge to actually be able to do the work.
My f350 will clear 35's with no lift, the 265's would seem tiny in those massive wheel wells. This whole conversation is moot since neither option, lift or trimming, is necessary to fit big tires

True, I mean I guess, But for me I like the clean lines from the factory. Plus im for chicago so Id have to change the wheel well probably so the salt doesnt fly back.
