my first ford build
ok, so im in the process of returning my 49 ford f1 back to as much ford/ford as possible but have a few questions maybe someone can help with. im going to replace the current 396 bbc/th400 combo with a 520 bbf stroker. I have a gm subframe which ill be keeping so I need to know if headers will clear my rear mount steering box. I know ill need a rear sump pan. im wondering about ignition system, I want the cleanest (less wires and parts) and most effective for my engine choice. any help is appreciated.
