St louis area dealer recommendations

I'm planning to purchase a new truck with plans to purchase in the St. Louis metro area. Anyone have recommendations of a great dealer high volume and a good service track record. I purchased my 2011 f250 6.7 200 miles away saving a little over $3000 so it was worth the drive however I would like to build a relationship with a local dealer. I have had my truck serviced by a local dealer in the metro east side IL and would like to purchase from them but also want to be sure I'm paying a fair price as my last experience was less than pleasant and that's why I made the drive. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

While traveling I had to stop at the dealer by wentzville I think? I will have to look at a map to be sure.

Anywho, I had an engine light, reduced power, and a 36' trailer in tow. I pulled in to this dealer and explained my situation to the service writer. He completely blew it for me, told me that he couldn't help, wouldn't advise me, wouldn't even pull the code for me, and generally was very unpleasant. Told me my best bet was Napa just down the road.

Don't go to this dealer......it's at the last exit before you hit country traveling west on 64.

If you can make it down to FT. Leonard Wood then one of our members on this forum is there. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Still that is about, I want to say, a 100 miles south of STL.

Any are welcome to come by. Mile marker 161 on I44. Even for just a "wellness check".

It would be worth your time to Check out Joe Machens in Columbia. They sell more fords than any dealer in MO.

And I have shopped all over and nobody can beat their prices!!
