I'm thinking it might be time for a new clutch in the truck, however I don't remember which clutch I used for this truck whenever I did the 5 speed swap.
I used an old clutch I had taken out of another truck I had, the disk had plenty of meat left on it and it actually looked relatively new. Everything else in the system is brand new, rebuilt tranny, new master/slave, new OEM pedal assmbly, ect, ect ,ect but the tranny doesnt shift real smooth. It also tends to grind when downshifting into 3rd if your going above 20mph. This makes me think its a bad synco, but they where just replaced less than 2k ago...
Is there anyway of determining which I have, or does it even matter?
If you have a Solid flywheel, I have a brand new in the box Valair 13" HD organic.
I bought it for one of my trucks, but sold the truck before I could install it. It costed me just over $400. I would let it go for $300
