Shock upgrade

Hello all, I have an 07 FX4 with a 3" leveling kit in the front and I installed a new block kit in the rear replacing the factory blocks sitting between the axle and leafs. The kit in the rear added 1" in height. I am looking for new off road shocks and have found most have recommended Bilstein 5100 to others. The question I have is, Do those Bilsteins have longer travel than the factory shocks from Ford? Thanks.
