paint color question?

paint color question?
Looking for an example paint color. She described it as a black truck with sapphire color underneath. So in the right light it could have looked a dark blue. Any ideas on what color I could order?I'll try an get an example.

Could be talking about a chameleon color scheme. is it the newer 2014 Tux Black, which has hints of blue or green in different light?

Yea it more of just a sapphire color with a black over it.
