Can I put g-40p heads onto a 302 roller motor or 351windsor roller motor with no problem or will I ever run into clearance prob,will the stock pistons catch the vaulves orno I need after market pistons with a indentation on the top.

Unless you're running some really high compression pistons, you should have no problems. The exhaust is the one trouble spot.
Use:
Ford Racing Part # M-9430-T50 for the 302
Ford Racing Part #: M-9430-T58 for the 351.
Unfortunately I just checked and they're no longer available. So you'd have to search for something similar or get some GT-40 heads instead.
