MAFS Test?

MAFS Test?
Anybody know how to test the Mass Air Flow Sensor? I'm still getting some codes that look like the system thinks it is getting too much flow. At $100 a throw I don't want to put a new MAFS in if I can test first to verify that it is, or isn't, a problem.
