04 expolrer ABS codes
I am receiving 3 ABS codes C1155, C1145 and B1676. I am assuming the ABS sensor is bad for both right front and left front and need to be replaced, but dont know how to fix B1676. It says "Battery Pack Voltage Out Of Range" I tested the battery and i am receiving 12.4 volts what else can i do to fix this?

Is the 12.4 V measured with the engine running or the engine off?
