Hey guys, my 06 f 150 crew 4x4 was rear ended pretty hard by another older truck. Body shop has had my truck for 7 weeks. They are telling me I had an accessory chrome bumper with integral hitch. the bumper was completely destroyed. now they tell me they cant find that bumper and have installed an aftermarket bumper which looks cheap and doesn't follow the contour of the bed like the old one did. Is there still this bumper available? Was carrying fire wood too. Punched holes in my liner.

@ wodges You were "rear ended" and somebody is telling you they can't return your truck to its before crunch condition!??
I assume this shop is either working for your insurance company or the other guys insurance company.
I would be telling some Bon of a Sitch they better find me one just like my original - or they could just get ahold of Ford Motor Co. and have them to fire up their manufacturing facilities and build me another one! Or my BACK is going to really start hurting bad!

They couldn't find this? Or did you have some kind of aftermarket part? Did they replace the liner?
