Your fan and generator/WP belts should be 3/4" wide, not 5/8"

Would that be the same for a 1950 F2? Im trying to find that in the book.

So if it calls for a 3/4 belt but they done seem to be made anymore do i just swap the pulleys to 5/8 where its needed?

Lots of places sell them. Where are you seeing that they are 5/8"?

A quick Google search using the p/n's above found this for the gen/WP

Ford Fan & Generator Belt with Molded Ford Script - 7RA-8620-C - C&G Ford Parts

For some reason all the fan belts are under 21C-8577-A

Fan Belt | Dennis Carpenter Ford Restoration Parts

NAPA also has the fan belt, but shows a 5/8 for the gen/WP belt for some reason:

My engine doesn't use these wide belts, I'm just going by the book. Is there any chance your engine is out of something else?

I say 5/8 because all the new altanators are 3/8 & 5/8. My fan pulley is wider than the other pulley. I can't find anything besides those 2 sizes. There is not a 3/4 option. I know I need to research it more but I appreciate your knowledge.
