Got my free government cell phone today. Part of the Lifeline phone service for low income people. Perfect timing, a birthday present for myself shows up on my birthday. Go figure. Now I am just trying to decide if I should keep it, or not as the keypad is so small I can hardly read the letters/numbers LOL. The website contradicts itself though. One screen says free unlimited minutes and texts, and another says 250 minutes/texts. The paper they sent with the phone says unlimited, so I will go with that. LOL. However, they did not send any manual with the phone, so it is basically hunt and peck until I figure things out LOL. Anyway, that is my exciting news for the day. Hope everyone had a great day. I can't wait for the rain to start tomorrow so we can get some much needed water in the reservoirs.

Much more than we got. All we had was a steady rain until the afternoon we did get a downpour or two, but by 5-6pm the rain had stopped and it cleared up.

WOW Joe that's what Oakdale looked like , I had to stop under some trees, I was afraid my windshield was going to shatter then the Lighting struck

I looked like a Jack rabbit High tailing it back Home in a Hurry.
