Had my uncles funeral today. It was a really nice day visiting with all my cousins and a nice ceremony. They had a couple pictures of my dad I have never seen. That was really cool.
A quick thunderstorm is rolling through now but almost done it sounds like.
Nice to be able to visit and see the pictures. Too bad it wasn't under better circumstances.

Well it's been an interesting last couple of days...
Had a crew of three guys here all day yesterday putting a new hidden fastener metal roof on my shop.. They battled the wind all day and I think they did good... They first cleaned off a bunch of the bad Certainteed Shingles to make the roof surfaces flat, then put down 1/4" fan-fold insulation, then the metal on top. It lived through the storms that came last night, so odds are, it was a good install...
Of course, they had to have a guy stand on the roof of my car trailer (which I could not move and they were not supposed to) but hopefully he stayed on the edges.. The trailer is not a walk-on roof by any stretch....
