Today is the day........
There is the other side to this also. Montana, Wyoming.......”No salt”.....just dry sand. A few trucks go down the road and the sand has all blown off and the ice now has a real nice shine to it; so with that one might be upside down in the ditch, but by god it ain’t gonna rust in just a few years! LOL
There is also the attitude that whoever it was put all that ice on the road must also remove it!

Holy smokes Tyler that's nuts. I called out sick today to mess around. First decent snowfall since Michael has been old enough to really enjoy it, and he was super excited about it. He did some sledding and playing with his trucks in it.
First thing we did today though was go to my parents and plow them out, since my dad works for a local town and hasn't been home since 6 yesterday morning. Last thing he wants to do is go plow some more after plowing 24 hours. First time I ran the JD x758 in the snow. I am shocked at how well it worked with no weight hanging on it and no chains. It was fun! Came back home and cleaned up another 2" we got after I cleared it last night.
