I have a 97 F-350 lifted that I need to put side steps on. I purchased the "universal" bully as-600. But before I install them I figured I would get your guy's opinions on these steps, or what ones you would recommend.
These are similar to the ones you are referring to. As TJC said, they tend to fatigue the rockers. To counter-act that, I put a reinforcement strip on the top of the rocker and run a brace to the frame. The brace caused a vibration in the cab, so I made a big fat rubber for both sides of the brace where it bolted to the frame and solved that. They are very solid, you can jump on them and they don't move a bit.
