Running Boards/Nerf Bars Question
The previous owner of my 2002 F250 Supercab managed to rip one of the running boards off the rocker panel. It left the inside of the rocker panel with a hole in it. I can't find a set that mounts to the frame everything I find mounts to the rocker panel. Does anyone know of any that mount to the frame or am I stuck with attempting to repair the rocker panel? The outside of the rocker panel is in great condition its just the inside where the bar mounts to.

I wouldn't think so because the frame is so far inside the outside edge of the cab. Maybe if you wanted to splurge on some Amp Research ones that may mount differently since they flip down when the doors open. May have to get or fabricate some custom mounts.

As you said it is becoming more and more challenging to find a running board / nerf bar that attaches to the frame. There are two manufacturers who still offer this option for most applications - That is Steelcraft Automotive and Raptor.
