Ok so the other day I did my points, plugs and, condenser, but my question is suddenly I have a screeching noise almost like when you try to start a running truck. Other then that shes running so much better. What might be the cause? does anyone have an idea? dwell reads 30ish. plugs gaped at .035 at heat range 4. I need to recheck the points but I think that I have them at .017
The first things that come to mind are stuck starter, water pump getting tired, alternator bearings or a loose belt. Since you were inside the distributor, did you put any silicone grease on the cam on which the points ride? Also make sure the new condenser isn't rubbing against the rotor.

The first thing comes to mind is you did not reset the timing afterwards.
Any time you put in or adjust the points you must reset the ignition timing with a timing light.
It's to far advanced.

well checked the timing and its 10 degrees btdc. had a mechanic friend help me with it. I'm going to pull the starter and check it as well. as he thinks that there might be something wrong with the starter. also going to check the flex plate
Plug gap: 35
Point gap/dwell: .017, 26-32
10* BTDC automatic
Curb idle speed: 550 rpm, in Drive, wheels chocked, brake set, headlights on.
plugged vac advance hose at the distributor.
The dwell is the point gap or the point gap is the dwell. It's just a more accurate way to set the points. With a Pertronix you don't ever have to mess with that stuff again and the timing never changes.
If the screeching is coming from the starter area, then it is probably to tight up against the ring gear. (Noises are hard to diagnose over the internet)
well Pulled the starter out and it turns out to be striped clean. the gear is screwed up I mean I scratched it with my finger its that cheap. feels almost like pewter. I'll post a photo later
I wish you well in your quest for a decent replacement part. I just went through three new discs for my 94 Explorer trying to find one that didn't bottom out on the backing plate when the retaining nut was seated. #@%&$! foreign parts...

I am assuming you mean rotors. Don't be afraid to try your local Ford Dealer. We have Motorcraft part numbers on brake rotors now. They are cheaper than regular brown box rotors. May not be exactly the same as the assembly line rotors but better than aftermarket.
The aftermarket world feeds on John Q Public automatically assuming dealers are more expensive.
