Where to get header panel?

I'm doing an obs front clip swap and at the junkyard I bought front fenders, headlights, core support, and grille but there's nothing to bolt the headlights or grille to. I started looking through my catalog and it says there's a header panel. Is this what I need?

broncograveyard.com has them for the 1992-96. OEM is $205 Aftermarket $119 not sure about hardware (may be able to source it from another junkyard car). They are only an hour or so away from me and they have great service and good products, fast ups shipping.
