I'm kind of ashamed to admit it but when I was a little kid (6-7) I really liked going to the tire shop with my Dad when he got tires fixed, so I somehow came up with terrific plan of putting nails behind their vehicles tires so they would need fixed...... Evidently six nails in a two inch area on several tires was kind of a giveaway..... Luckily Dad was sympathetic to my explanation and took his threat very literally and didn't do it again if I hadn't I'm not sure I could've sat down for several weeks. The things I get to look forward to from my kids, my oldest is four this year and a boy that thinks like me....

Good morning Pat, good morning Iowa.
It doesn't seem many people from Iowa check in here. My wife and I are planning a road trip back there next year we will be around the Newton, Maxwell and Altoona area. I have few FTE friends along the way a want to meet up with. Our time frame is not going to allow for a lot of side trips but hoping to meet a few people on our trip.

I check in regularly. I am a bit farther east to Newton, over by the Amana Colonies. I am about 45 miles away from Newton.
