Thanks, It's in really nice shape. We had it painted maybe 10 years. It needs to be buffed out and waxed now. It has a little rust starting to come through on the rear of the left front finder.
I've rebuild the engine and transmission, brakes and replaced all the bushings in the front end.
Thanks Pat, I'll check it out. I have been playing with the new app on my phone and I can't see the signature line. I'll log on with my computer later and check it out.
Good morning Iowa, welcome to Thursday! Looking forward to a day off tomorrow.
Yeah, there is a link in my signature, 1967 Project Thread.
I'd almost think someone was messing with me if that happened!!
I'm kind of ashamed to admit it but when I was a little kid (6-7) I really liked going to the tire shop with my Dad when he got tires fixed, so I somehow came up with terrific plan of putting nails behind their vehicles tires so they would need fixed...... Evidently six nails in a two inch area on several tires was kind of a giveaway..... Luckily Dad was sympathetic to my explanation and took his threat very literally and didn't do it again if I hadn't I'm not sure I could've sat down for several weeks. The things I get to look forward to from my kids, my oldest is four this year and a boy that thinks like me....
Andy, Does your boy like tire shops already? LOL Good story about yourself.
Ha! In a couple years I'm going to have to start watching for that, Lol. He still does a good job of only playing only in the sandbox or the deck.... Although those days are numbered. He loves anything Dad does with him, it's pretty cool but also makes a guy think about what he does....
