2001 E-250 Valve Cover

I was hoping maybe someone would know where to find the oil fill tube part number that's located on the driver side valve cover. It is for a 4.2L engine. The oil fill tube is leaking where it connects to the valve cover. I appreciate anyone's help on this!

I'm guessing the leak is from a grommet the fill tube is inserted into the valve cover? If so NAPA or the dealership would most likely have one or a 100 in stock.
