Question What should I do next

ok I'm stumped 92 f 250 4.9 i6 4x2 mt. Not starting. Spark is good new plugs, wires, distributor, rotor. Just replaced pcm old one fried, plugged new one in no start, hit it with starting fluid and it ran for a few seconds so figures fuel problem. New fuel pump in, pressure tested at 56 psi. Relay is good, inertia switch good , why won't it start? Any ideas on what to do next?

Have you replaced the fuel filter?

My daughter had a car ( another American make ) that the security system that nobody knew it had disabled the injectors . Your scenario sound similar (" pressure tested at 56 psi. , Spark is good , hit it with starting fluid and it ran for a few seconds").With all the things you have mentioned doing is there a way you could have set one off ?

As far as I know there isn't any security system, if there is I don't know about it but I don't see how it would have one no power locks or anything

No I haven't, how would that help if I'm getting correct pressure at valve?

Have you pulled codes? Perhaps the EEC can tell you what's amiss.

The flow through the filter may be enough to build pressure when none of it is being used.
As soon as it starts, it can't keep up anymore.

Just something to check.

Yes just pulled them, got the following, 114 air intake temp sensor out of range, 118 engine coolant sensor is/ was high or open, 522 park/neutral position or clutch pedal position circuit fail. Any insight? These are things that I don't have any knowledge on

522 is the problem, the EEC won't let the engine start unless the vehicle is in neutral or the clutch is depressed.

Ok well I just read that you need to have the clutch pushed in while doing KOEO test, I didn't have it push down would that cause it to give that code? How can I fix this?

So here's a question would the vehicle crank and not start or would it do nothing? The reason I ask is I have a push button start that goes right to the solenoid and gives the starter power it cranks just won't start
