this problem just started.when i first start i hear a buzzing sound and it wont start i turn the key on and off several times then it starts i have no problems all day or acouple of days then it hapens again any answers thanks
It's the classic PCM relay / fuel pump relay failure. If you open the fusebox there at the passenger kick panel, look at the top three rectangular shaped relays. The one on the top right (laying "horizontal"...) is the PCM relay. If you pull the PCM relay out and look at it's terminal base area you will probably see signs of melted plastic. You can swap those top three relays around to get it running, till you buy a spare relay to replace it, but in the end you are going to have to replace the whole fusebox to correct the problem. Since the Ford geniuses permanently soldered the weak fuelpump relay to the fusebox circuit panel, and that's what generates all the circuit heat. You can find the fusebox online for about $375 now. Supposedly the replacement fusebox is corrected for this issue. I know the relay part numbers are different, so maybe it is. I replaced my box and now keep a spare PCM relay in the glovebox just in case.

Actual burned up fuelpump relay soldered onto circuit board of fusebox....
Buy an extra one to put in the glovebox as a spare. If the first one burned out the second one will too, and probably sooner rather than later. The burned PCM relay is just the symptom, the actual cause is the fuel pump micro relay on the fuse panel circuit board itself, and that requires a new fusebox. It's all plug-n-play, takes about 30 minutes to swap out fuse box.
